Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on technical and non-technical recruitment (80%), with additional responsibilities in HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%):

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring data

HR Operations (20%):

  • Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and records maintenance
  • Support performance review processes and assist with feedback coordination
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
  • Address basic HR queries and assist in grievance resolution

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (tech and non-tech roles)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR tools and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
