This role is primarily focused on technical and non-technical recruitment (80%), with additional responsibilities in HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%):
Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process
Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring data
HR Operations (20%):
Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and records maintenance
Support performance review processes and assist with feedback coordination
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
Address basic HR queries and assist in grievance resolution

Proven experience in recruitment (tech and non-tech roles)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with HR tools and recruitment platforms
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
