Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT)
  • Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in end-to-end IT sales, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Expertise in client relationship management and developing long-term partnerships
  • Ability to evaluate market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Adept at analyzing business data, setting KPIs, and ensuring performance is aligned with business goals
  • Ability to represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and conferences
