Skills Required
5+ years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT)
Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in end-to-end IT sales, from lead generation to closing deals
Expertise in client relationship management and developing long-term partnerships
Ability to evaluate market trends and identify new business opportunities
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Adept at analyzing business data, setting KPIs, and ensuring performance is aligned with business goals
Ability to represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and conferences
