Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

• Analyze, document business needs via interviews, workshops, and research
• Prepare BRDs, functional specs, and user stories
• Translate business requirements into technical inputs

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions
• Conduct gap analysis and map current/future workflows

Agile Delivery:

• Work within Scrum/Kanban teams
• Manage product backlog, facilitate agile ceremonies

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project docs, user guides, process flows
• Present data and insights via reports/dashboards

Data & AI Insights:

• Analyze trends and provide business recommendations
• Collaborate on AI integrations for process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BPMN/UML
• Skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau
• Knowledge of Agile, data analysis, and AI tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
